Tim manages J. Pugh-Lewis Ltd alongside his brother James and deals primarily with the Civils, Fencing and Landscaping side of the business. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Manchester University and is a keen cyclist. 

James has a degree in Engineering Science and out on site deals primarily with the drainage & sportsfield contracts, while in the office he covers the financial aspects of the business. He enjoys running and squash, but his greatest passion is motorsport and often competes his Austin-Healey in races and hill climbs.

Sarah is involved in the Accounts, Health & Safety, Training and the various other aspects of being part of a family business. She enjoys spending time with the family, walking with friends, gardening, Pilates and horse riding.

Rachael has worked in the business since 2001 and is involved in the HR matters across the business alongside Purchase Ledger and accounts. When not at work Rachael enjoys travelling, horse riding and shares the family passion for snow sports.

Diane is our Office Manager and oversees the day to day running of our busy office. She enjoys going to the gym, cycling, Boxercise classes and spending time with her grandchildren.

Jess joined the company in 2017 and deals with all our fencing estimates. She enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Mark has been with J. Pugh-Lewis Ltd for many years and he now manages our fencing teams. He is keen runner and cyclist and a regular participant in the Pilsley-Hardwick Run.

Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to our landscaping teams and he is a passionate golfer too.

Michael joined our team in September 2023 as our new Contracts Manager.
